CORE PERFORMANCE TRAINING (AGES 6-ADULT)
We pride ourselves in having a highly educated staff with the most up to date and advanced training available. These sessions can vary from an hour to two hours depending on the need. We offer different and unique training modules; Individual, Group, Team Training as well as FULL Club Training. We offer Field player as well as Goalkeeper training, (from the beginner to the most advanced). Our Speed/Agility/Strength & Conditioning training will get you stronger, faster and more in tune with how your body adapts to the game of soccer. Our Mental training is one of our most popular because we deal with the success vs failure element of sport and how to cope with adversity. These Training Programs are designed for the recreational as well as the select player, parent or coach from the ages of 6 yrs. - Adult. Additional programs are also offered, see below. CORE PERFORMANCE DiRector & STAFF:
The CORE Director will set up an evaluation session, then after a detailed program analysis he will implement the best program based on the participants goals. Our highly educated staff prides itself in the most up to date and advanced training available with over 50 yrs. of experience in training athletes. We will continuously evaluate each participants performance and advance the training as needed based on their mental and physical abilities. Locations for these sessions will vary due to facility availability as well as the time of year.

- CORE Individual Training: one on one
- CORE Group Training: 2-9 players
- CORE Team Training: 10-18 players
- CORE Club Training: multiple teams or entire clubs
