Leagues - Core Soccer Training

St. charles: Soccer Complex (3801 Mueller Rd, St. Charles, MO 63301)

Saturdays- CORE Outdoor SOCCER LEAGUES

This progressive 4-week, one hour training program is for individual registrations ONLY. (NO TEAMS) Each session the staff will implement a short 10-minute technical training session, (as a warm-up), then proceeding directly into game play. During warm-up, the staff will focus on individual player enhancement and begin to separate participants into different teams to play small sided games. During game play each staff coach will continuously instruct and evaluate each player on their technique, playing options and give feedback on the when, where and how the game is to be played. The staff may also move players, (even during a game) from one team to another or even one group to another so that everyone has the best playing experience.

Developmental Soccer League for boys and girls 6-14 yrs. (three age groups 6-8, 9-11 & 12-14)

NOTE: This will be a COED Program and some ages may be combined or cancelled due to enrollment.

Monday - CORE INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUES

The CORE Soccer Training Staff will run and oversee all game sessions. This one-hour program will focus on ball control in small spaces while creating the skills needed to attack and score goals. The main topics covered during these sessions will be ball control, passing, receiving and finishing on goal. Each week the staff will choose teams based on skill level and fairness of the game. During sessions the staff may move a player from one team to another to keep the game even and balanced.

Mondays

AGE GROUPS: 6-9 yrs & 10-14 yrs

TWO Time slots: 6pm, & 7pm (groups may be combined or cancelled due to enrollment)

Time slots: 8am-11am (groups may be combined or cancelled due to enrollment)
